    [ADV] beggining of a new jorney < quest name​
    Bug Description:
    the mission tell to me to go on the altinova inn to chat with Rulupee​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    just a black spirit quest i can give you screenshots to prove, every time i abandon the mission, apear again on the blackspirit, i aceept and bug again XD the npc dont apear​
