    Bug Description:
    Item Name:
    Advice of Valks

    What the item is supposed to do:
    Replace fail stacks with whatever number advice of valks it is. Can only be used at 0 fail stacks

    What happens when the item is used:
    Replaced 64 fail stacks when advice of valks+60 was used. The description said it can only be used at 0 FS. Lost a chance to get a TET weapon because of it.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Use any advice of valks when you have fail stacks already. no valk's cry used.​
