advise of valks

I received the advise of valks from the daily attendance reward. I knew what the advise of valks would do once opened give you 15 yo 25 fail stacks. What I didn't know was that you had to be at 0 fail stacks to use it effectively. I opened it when I had 10 fail stacks thinking I could add whatever I got from the advise of valks to the already 10 I had but it didn't work. I pretty much wasted it and I really needed this. I had been waiting for this reward. I am fairly new to the game and server and I'm trying to enhance my equipment to catch up to the others that were on this server from the beginning. I would really appreciate it if you could give me another advise of valk so could use it the right way. I really need it at this time. Please respond as soon as you can.
