Aether Gathering

I want to do some crafting but gathering aether on gamez is so hard, because of the poison state that always seems to come every two or three times I am in flight gathering. is there a way to remove this I craft on the retail so I know from exp I need at least 500 aether to do the rec I want to make. please tell me if this annoyance can be removed from my account so I can craft like normal? Also when making pots it is much quicker to gather the aether then morfe it instead of trying to gather the mats on the ground... please help. Thanks
