Aether Npc

    So I checked for npcs that sell aether and otehr material items and I found one in Sanctum. His name is Tacitus and the items he sells is limited and it restocks every certain given time. However, I waited for the time and try to buy but its still in "sold out". Is it glitched? or does this npc doesnt work at all?
