    ...guys..............any idea how can i get to master aethertapping and essencetapping?

    and why idella fragement can be sold every 12 hours?

    No, Aether and Essencetapping are capped at Expert, as intended on Retail

    As for the Idella Fragments, it's pretty much how it works for the 4.0 materials such as Idium Rod, Idium Plate, Idella Elemental Water, Idie Leather, etc, but the cooldown is only per character, not per account so you can go buy them with your alternative characters
