After Character selection, black screen and then crash without error message

    I have tried many solutions on the internet, still cant fix it. I have already tried deleting those caches, temp,.. and repair. If there is no more solutions I may reinstall the game. Sorry for my bad English but I really love this game :'(( plz help!!!

    at launcher hit force check hit apply let it go through the files update and you are good
