After Relog, Items missing, Weapon and Shield lost Manastones and GS: Bollvigs Love..

Dear Gamez Staff..

earlier this day, i finally managed to get my veille weapon and shield to +15.. fine^^
traded 15x L100 and 1x GodStone Bollvigs Love, put MagicBoost +27 Manastones in my Weapon and Shield + equipped the Godstone... fine..
then i went to abyss and later inggison/silentera witha party to go to Beshmundir Temple..

But in Sielentera, i suddenly got disconnected with no reason or message given and could not relog due to it was saying: you already logged in >> failed to connect to server..

then i thought, the server was off and did some in IRL...

right some minutes before, i relogged back... all working fine..

but what i see is:

My Weapon and Shield lost all manastones + my godstone..
lost my 15x L100s Enchants from warehuse and various other stuff like SOME aethers etc...

character name is Ethnogene.

Now its up to you..
due to i cannot give you certain pics with my items i had before etc. i cant confirm my loss to you..
only thing i have is my german chatlog with enchants, godstone info.. etc...

the choice is:

you give me my stuff back or at least any, or i will leave this server immediatelly, cuz this i cant accept this and i hear from other players that it happens often..
+ all the other mad stuff that is going on on this server, i'm hardly missing a reason to stay here and accept those shit.
