after todays update/restart

    I noticed there was no notice on what was fixed or anything if there can you point me to that topic.
    Also I noticed there are no more NPC's in teminon for skills and the NPC's in CoK that sell stigmas and skills are gone, is this permanent or just a bug?

    I think it was just a crash restart.

    On restarts, I believe (I'm not sure, Ashtar can correct me on this) that she has to manually add the NPCs in Terminon and in Cloister of Kaisinel and in the respective Pandaemonium one.
