    1st of all run ur NCsoft Launcher as Administrator
    2nd when u choose aion on the right side theres down arrow where u can choose repair,uninstall,properties
    choose properties and dont forget to change the location of update to aiongamez folder
    wait for update till its finish and then u can play with no problem :D
