    =X I was talking about the 16% bonus from the wing =X from 0.8 without to 0.6 with.. really.. it's a small change.

    no no it's very a good bonus^^ 0.6 you can't go down with gs or with sword/shield or mace/shield

    u know evangeline is rite, in WOC u got condition l1 with 8% atk speed, with condition l2 wich has 16% atk speed, u wont keep only the l2 conditon bonuses, u will also keep the 1st condition bonus which means, u know where im getting rite? its the same thing has the tac pvp gears from arena, 1st conditon will give some pvp stats, 2nd conditon will give u the rest, comparing with ABG in terms of pvp stats which has 5.5% pvp def in jacket, with tac pvp with both conditions on will have 6% pvp def
