aion 4.0 fix

    While reading a patch note:

    "7. Capital letters can now be used at any position when creating a character name."


    gah names like IIIIIloveIIIII incoming...

    what a dumb addition... I really liked aion for its naming rule. I hate playing a game seeing names that don't make sense at all! like when I was playing tantra there were a lot of players making names like this:
    IIIIIIIIIIIIIII
    and IIIIIII
    and III

    mostly assassins made those names

    You get that when transferring from Siel to Lumiel or viceversa and the other server has the same name as yours.
