    cos Ethen's ego is so huge and cant be bothered to answer a simple question yes they can ride mounts with and without being in the tech just shows them as a normal person but with a Cipher-Blade and when the get off the mount when Embark skill was active they will still be in the tech when off the mount.

    see not hat hard is it Ethen try to help or don't bother to post if ya not goin to help in anyway because ya ego is so huge u cant even answer a simple question when u could done ya research to find out, but then again u wouldn't even bother
