    More information: Looks like Ncsoft decided to change the lvl 100 cap to lvl 75 cap to this first content patch, unfortunately i don't have more information but you guys can check here :)

    It's not a level cap, it's a copy of gw2's mastery system. Lvl cap will still be 70, the other 30 are like...stat points. You can put them into those Power/Agility/Knowledge/etc stats you see on character creation. And some sets will require this fake "level" to equip (sorta like rank req atm)
