Aion Download Stuck!

When I try to download the game client through the NCSoft launcher as everyone does it only gets as far as 5% I even left it today for six hours and no movement occurred. My client is set to North America, I've repaired the NCSoft launcer/re-installed it, I've spent several tries on the download (Uninstalling and trying again). Also, I know this I supposed to be in the "Problems" section but every time I post something there it gets ignored.

More than likely you'll end up updating to 3.5 so you'll need this => [Guide] Downgrade 3.5.0.0 to 3.0.0.4
