Aion error Please help

add Aion as an exception to your firewall, same thing for your antivirus.

I followed your advise but still i got again another error below


one thing i suppose to do is to re-install my Aion is it right?

Hi there, thats a connection problem on your side. Double check your firewall, modem/router firewall, any antivir and other software that can block. And try to restart your modem/router, and try it with another IP (please restart your pc too).
And you could try to flush your dns, this helped some people but its not a 100% solution for this problem.

1. start CMD
2. command line type ipconfig / flushdns
3. Close comand prompt
4. Run the Aion Launcher and try to update again.

Alternatively, you can go to that file in your folder, delete that file and allow the launcher to redownload it.

 

As already mentioned, double check your firewall is turned off as shown below. It's the most common cause. I get the same problem too when my firewall is not turned off.
