Aion Error

ok im trying to repair my nclauncher because it dont let me connect it says :cannot connect to the authorization server!

and when im trying to repair the nclauncher it tells me this error :

Error Code: 58 (FileGroupApplicationErrorRollbackNotAttempted):
Errors occurred while applying the patch,
and a rollback was not attempted.
The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should be repaired or reinstalled.
The patch application errors are as follows:
Error Code: 57 (ErrorRepairingTargetFile):
File could not be repaired: C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion\bin32\XRenderD3D9.dll.



so what that means or what i have to do?
i appreciate any help

i have all day trying to repair this but no one had help me... just a couple of people but wasent so helpful -.- this is how is Gamez??

 

We've encountered this before, and the process of fixing it can get quite ugly.

My advice? Reinstall the whole thing.

 

yeah im doing that right now is like my 2 time thanks anyways you are one of the few people that help or even look this thread thanks

 

Reinstalling the whole client solved it for me.

 

or try reinstalling the DirectX ...saw some issues like this before and renistalling DirectX solved it =)

 

what DirectX i need? i have one installed but i dont know if is the one that i need do i need the last version ?
