Aion extendable DDL upgrade

I found some interesting information regarding 4.0 extendable weapons. Apparently we can upgrade our DDL weapon to a level 65-68 version, because if you look at your DDL weapon you can see that they have a level limit of 63 or lower which means that you cant use it in 4.0 if you are level 65.

Korea after popular demand finally decided to release the 65-68 versions of the DLR extendable weapons.

Today they finally released information on how to upgrade them on the test server.

You can purchase a design to upgrade the weapon from level 60-63 to 65-68 from an NPC at one of the base camps in Katalam.



The designs cost a little over 5mil.



Although I am unsure where you aquire the materials to upgrade the weapons.

Lets just hope that the ingredients for the upgrade will be available after the update ;O

that means you have to pay 3.000 Credits for the new extend.

The second one requires a different material and has a blue glow, l2aionarmory

By the looks of the items and their description they could be bough from npcs for about 1-2m each like fenris' holy water and the ore is a 50% gather proc
Gotta love how ncsoft gives all classes new weapons with up to 150 higher base attack and all stats yet extends have the shittiest bonus stats and only +9 atk more than ddl

 

Well it is not all about the power, it is also about being able to wear them. But yes id expect the upgraded version to be a lot stronger..

Yeah. With all the new items, it's gonna be like, New Upgraded DDL weaps = 1 EAC set. Just like now, DDL Weap = ABG set + Access + Weapon. -.-
I just hope they'd implement this design and not sell it in the toll shop for like what, 2.5k creds? -___-

Siel people.... the 4.0 announcement is a lot older than "yesterday" and you still combined them.

i dont even have a plan of getting d new ones coz i cant afford them, so i fused them thought that upgrading wont remove godstone and fuse

 

And why did you even think that upgrading 1 item to ANOTHER COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM WITH A DIFFERENT ID wouldn't remove all upgrades on the previous ?
