Aion Has Stopped Working

    hi guys, does anybody know how to fix this...i am running windows 7 32 bit. But when i run aion it prompts that it has stopped working and closes..i've already put the 2.1 items.pak in the right foler Data/USA/items and also tried repairing, but still to no avail...

    please help...thank you.
