AION is bugged! i can't continue a quest NEED A GM's HELP !

yesterday, i was playing aion normally... and it was a little late so i close the aion and go to sleep... ( i was in Mephitic Carverns in Sarpan) and today... when i log in and star playing... i was in beluslan refugies camp -.- .... i was like ... da fuq? what happened here?... but anyways... i went to sarpan again... and when i check the door to enter the cavern... i can't go in .-. ... and that's a campaing quest so i can abandon it! i talk with all the npc all over again, and still the same! and that's the 2nd quest of 5 QUESTS... and those quest have great rewards... i just need that a GM teleport me to the Mephitic Caverns and thats it!... but come on, those 5 quest have great rewards and i can't ignore them just need a teleport so i can continue the quest, please, any GM help me

Everyone knows about the 'bug' with bind point. Stay off for more than 20~ mins and it ports you back to your bind point.

 

well it not an instance like EF or AM :S ... you just talk to a gate ._. ... you choose the option to enter, and that's all, but it's not an instance :S... well that's what i think...


yeah ok, but it's not my fault! i wasn't there in beluslan! so i won't let a damn bug to screw my quests! besides, if that's a bug, the gms and admins you help the people who have been affected by the bug... and i'm not asking for something hard... i just need a teleport to the area, nothing else...

 

Well, you can check if there's any time entry restrictions by clicking M and going to Instance (Top left corner). Just to make sure there isn't one. Other than that, lets see what the staff will say about this. =)

 

That doesn't have a cooldown, but you can only enter there by the quest that he bugged, the only solution is look for a GM to teleport him.

 

as you can see in this image... i'm in Kamar Outskirts... I HAVE THE QUEST and you can see it in the right corner of the image... you can see the dialogue with the door... no options no enter... and you can see that the instances are sort by letters... and in the M (of Mephitic Caverns) there's no instance or cooldown time...so please.. HELP!!
