AionClient has stopped working

    I found a few threads about AionClient has stopped working and not I'm experiencing it.

    I just got my new laptop yesterday and it's much more powerful than my previous one, but I get this message after I press start game "AionClient has stopped working"

    I'm pretty good at fixing problems, but I spent hours fixing this and it just won't work.

    Any solutions?

    have u checked your directx version? that seems to be a common problem....

    The previous laptop didn't even have directx, yet it was able to allow Aion to run.

    direct x is installed by default on a windows computer man, you just probably never updated it :)
