    If i buy aions chosen title, will this make my cast speed to max (0.6)???

    Hello, to achieve 0.6 cast speed you will need:
    Any mace with +12% cast speed,
    Handguards with +8% cast speed,
    Greater awakening scroll (+9% cast speed)
    Aions chosen that gives you +3% casting speed
    Any candy giving +3% casting speed

    tested on cleric with aion's choosen
