Do i Need to Create New Character to craft Bigger potions ? outy:

Sorry but I have some doubts about your question, what kind of potions you want to craft? Link It from AION database if you can. Why you think you should create other char?

 

you need to max your aethergathering and essencetapping to farm your potential materials for crafting potions or you can do what 90% of the server does and make asmo alts for the best potions

 

Cause 200 potions i enough for 1 character .. and it have like Minor Potions

Minor Potions/Serum are Requirements for Majors/Greater whatever that is ..

Without Creating New Characters.... How can i get Minor potions through crafting ,,

I know it sounds like a non-sense question but . im new on Gamez .. I came from Infinite Aion (Wipeout) xD .. then i transfer to Aion Xella when it upgrade to 4.5 it lags heavier than i thought..now i transfer in Gamez ...

Hi,

There are several solutions of getting potions.

1. Buy them in broker; lots of people craft potions in order to make some kinahs

2. You can get some in the leveling surveys, however it is not the top potions.

3. Use ap to buy potions at the consumable items merchant.

4. Craft them.
In order to craft potions you need to level your alchemy skill.
You can level it on any character; which means that you do not need to create a new character.
However if you need to craft potions with designs that require more than 499 in alchemy;
You should know that you can only master 2 professions on a character (only 2 professions can be 500+)

You do not need to level up your essencetapping or aethertapping in order to craft potions or scrolls
(yeah alchemy is also used for scrolls ^^)
You can get the materials through morphing!
Morphing requires morphing recipes. You can buy them at a NPC based in either Primum or Terminon depending on your race.

(You might also want to join the GM events when you see one; you can get potions from those too.)

 

I don't think there's any potions he needs that will require more than 499, Master Alchemy is mostly used for tomes and stuff, even Fine Recovery Serums need just 460P to craft..

Also since you said something like "you need minor potions to craft bigger ones", if you think about morhping the Fine Recovery Serums into Superior Recovery Serums then let me tell you that this exact morphing design is not available in-game, I wanted it aswell.

^ I'm guessing this one exists, I'm away from my computer right now and I can't check for sure, but if you mean this one then you just have to make major recoveries and morph them into fine, but I don't know why you would wanna do that.

Let me tell you this though, I one day decided to max my aethertapping and essencetapping just so I could collect my own materials and not rely on DP or broker sellers, and it was such a wise decision If you craft a lot like me then you will need the gathering skills for a lot of stuff, aether, ores, plants, and good procs, and let's not forget that gathering is the only way to obtain the new gatherables of 499P (eg. Greater/Pure Katalium) since they can't be morphed and you really need them if you're gonna craft/morph stuff like the new extendable weapons etc)
