All hotbar items disappear every time I change character.

    Every time I change character, Or back again minutes later I have to keep dragging potions and skills etc to my hotbar. This has only been happening since the new patch (Nova)

    I'd assume whatever prefs file has become read only. Any help would be appreciated because this is making me annoyed... a little :(
