    I had a seasonal character that I had graduated when my computer died. I just got it fixed and came back to the game yesterday to find all my items were just gone. I thought if you graduated all your tuvala gear automaticly became non seasoned gear. Is there any chance to get some kind of help to get the gear I should have gotten?

    That's not how it works. When you graduate you get some stones used to convert the Seasonal Tuvala on a Regular Tuvala.
    You also get one coupon to exchange 1 Tuvala into 1 Boss gear.

    yes but since my computer died i was not able to use the stones and now they are expired. Is there any help you can give me please.

    I'm sorry, but it's not possible. You really should have used the stones in the moment you had graduated.
