All my good stuffff is gone

I logged on after about a week to play and most of my good items on all my lvl 55's were gone?? this is the second time this has happened?? any ideas as too why? when i asked a GM for help last time they simply said if u dont have a screenshot then noooo dice. anyways.. i dont assume all my shit will be gone when i log on so i dont run around taking screenshots of it.... cant they like check my player inventory through the site or something???
