Alright, now where is my credit????? After 18 hrs of waiting....

I made my payment through payment wall and had a status of "on hold" . And when i made an inquiry they are asking my reciept and a copy of my drivers license.... Why the hell should i give my drivers licens's copy?! And my reciepts comes every other month only. And 2nd the payment wall method states that paypal transactions is available, when it isn't!!! I have a bunch of transactions now with super rewards and had it in about 4 hrs. Then learned from a friend that $200 will give you 20% bonus via payment wall. Now they are searching my personal data!! Im not risking those...

Can a gamez staff confirm this for me please coz im becoming impatient now after 18 hours....
