always disconnect

    always disconnecting after i select character,
    almost 50 times or more keeps disconnecting
    i tried deleting my UserCache folder located in documents/Black Desert & Cache folder in black desert online root directory no luck so far.
    my internet connection is good.

    Log into gamezbd.com and go to characters, then choose the rescue option. if you are stuck, this should help.
