Pretty much this.

Even as a Temp in retail, my stuns wouldn't work very much at high-end because majority of the players now a days are running with MR sets, which makes it very difficult to land any physical skill effects on them. I always blame NcSoft for their complete and utter skewering of the stats and how they work.

 

AFAIK stun was changed from being MACC reliant a couple of patches ago on retail. I dont believe MR affects either.

 

stun lands fine i got base 1.5k works fine except on Chanters/Sorcs/clerics which needed OoA.

if your gaining so much AP, why complain, you get the kills anyway.
