Amity Game Interest Level Incorrect Fail​

Bug Description:

In amity mini-game, if the knowledge interest level is higher than the interest level of the NPC you are talking to, the knowledge should have 100% chance to spark interest. But I am failing the spark on knowledge that do have more interest level than the NPC.

"If the Interest Level of the Knowledge is higher than the Interest Level of the NPC you are talking to, then Sparking Interest will always be 100%."​

How to reproduce/proof:

Here are proof from talking with Ronatz. Both Ashrogue and Luolo have higher interest than Ronatz, but their knowledge fail to spark interest.

I can verify this bug as it has happened to me on several NPCs, a 100% has failed more than once on the same NPC.

 

On next maintance it be fixed, ty
