To be fair I can agree with Dimitra, I love certain anime shows as you know but going through a series does take a lot of patience for me, and I usually don't care enough to try out new series I know nothing about so I've only seen maybe 7 different animes. Hell, I finished nekomonogatari but I'm still on like episode 2 of bakemonogatari and I've never gone back to finish it.

edit: I should also mention that this effects me watching regular TV as well, I watch Game of Thrones during its season, but I still haven't watched a lot of other high rated shows. I was watching Walking dead at one point and then I stopped and I haven't bothered to catch up. Breaking Bad is supposed to be amazing but I've never cared to try it out. etc. etc.

I watched all of Steins;Gate in one day.

    It was worth it.

I watched almost all of Clannad: After Story in one day. It was worth it and not worth it at the same time.

I watch a lot less than back on the day. Now usually I can keep track of 1 or 2 shows... one chapter a week, and that's that.
So lately I wait for it to finish and then watch them in an unterminated time lapse. I don't see the rush really.

Just finished checking most of the new shows from this season that I thought worth checking.

Noragami & Hamatora - They both feel like DTB + DRRR!!. Pretty good shows. Too bad they're going to be short. I just hope it doesn't turn out like one of those shows "if you want to know what happens next then read the manga". But seeing as how they are both hits and very popular, I guess second season for each is highly possible. Noragami has pretty cool OP and OST too.

Nisekoi - I was hesitant about this one, Shaft adapting Shounen Jump manga? It turns out to be good tho. But seeing as how all the hints have been already given that the "promised girl" is Onodera, it's kind of hard to see where it's going from there.

Mahou Sensou - A lot of wasted potential. The story and settings are pretty good but it's terribly adapted, not something you'd except from Madhouse. Characters are way too "plain" and the art is very inconsistent. Only thing worth praising in this show is the ED theme Born to Be by nano. Will keep watching just for the heck of it.

Nobunaga the Fool - Interesting settings, Western + Eastern, historical but has mechs but the the first episode was more than enough for me to think that the show is all over the place, it's messed up. Dropped.

From the left overs of the previous season.

Nagi no Asukara - I'm pretty surprised by how this show has turned from good to better to amazing especially after the time skip. P.A. Works does it again!

Golden Time - Not much to say about this one. It has remained the same as how it was during the first episode. Not getting any worse, not getting any better either. Nothing "big" has happened since Koukou and Banri became couple. I hope it picks up the pace soon since it has 5 episodes left.

Hajime no Ippo Rising & Kuroko no Basket 2 - Both doing pretty damn well. They get more and more exciting as both shows gets closer to the end of their season.

Strike the Blood - I thought I would drop this due to the excessive fan service from each and every single episode but surprisingly enough, it has kept me entertained. The eye candy visuals is probably one of the reason. They utilizes such a unique way of animation.

Tokyo Ravens - I wasn't expeting much from this one because it's not the type of supernatural / super power genre show I'm fond of but it has kept me tagging a long until now so I guess I'll just see to it until the end just so the time I spent watching 19 episodes won't be in vain.

I've really been liking the animes this season and I'm glad someone else wrote short reviews so I didn't have to LOL

I've also been enjoying Nobunagun, Chu-2: Ren!, Witch Craft Works, Wizard Barristers, and Toaru Hikuushi e no Koiuta on top of those that you've mentioned for new animes this season. Lots of good stuff.

If I had to choose a favorite.. it would be a toss-up between Noragami and Nisekoi, most likely. Toaru Hikuushi e no Koiuta would be up there too. As for last season.. I'm really liking Kill la Kill (as you can tell), Nagi no Asukara, and Magi.

They're both forms of entertainment that are seen as childish, until people try them out and find out that its not really as big of a deal as they think
