You guys watch too much Shounen and mainstream anime >.>

Try expanding the genre of anime you watch and you'll find a lot of better series out there than those.

    Anyways,

    Two New Gundam Movies Announced
    New 'Ano Natsu de Matteru

I feel like the industry is starting to give what most fans wants, second season of X anime or a movie version of X anime which is really great. Or maybe, it's just people are starting to buy the "right anime" thus all these sequels, lol.

    FT gets a continuation
    DRRR!! gets a second season
Ano Natsu get's another anime (tho not sure if it will be like AnoHana movie which was a recap from Menma's point of view or a second season)
Fate/Stay gets adaptation from the most amazing anime studio currently existing that being ufotable
    SAO gets a second season
Psycho Pass gets a second season

Good news just keeps coming. I just hope that the older ones gets the same treatment.

Fullmetal Panic needs a sequel already. KyoAni, come on!
NANA, Berserk, Claymore needs a sequel for sure!
    Tsukihime needs a proper adaptation.

Mainstream shounens are fun to watch when I'm in the mood, that's why there's always at least one that I'm watching or catching up with. Other than that I always have 1 random-ass 12 or 24 episode series (that has already aired) that I'm watching. Then.. everything that is airing.

Like right now.. I'm catching up with Naruto: Shippuden, just finished Kurko's Basketball (going to start season two soon), and I'm watching a bunch of airing shit from Fall and Winter.

    I am very picky.
Shounen is boring most of the time.

Space Pirate Captain Harlock finally out on Nyaa!

Time to feast my eyes on it!

    EDIT:

Well, that was disappointing. Nothing really stood out for me, it was a boring movie. Even with all the explosions and beams being fired all over the place, I was like "meh" the entire movie.

Also watched the AnoHana movie. It wasn't entirely a re-told from Menma's point of view like what's written on the synopsis. While most part of the movie is just flash backs from the TV series with added footage showing how the rest of the Super Peace Busters are doing after they've moved on from Menma's death, it was still a nice watch, at least for me but that's only because I like the TV series a lot and wouldn't mind a sort of recap after all these years.

There wasn't any character development or relationship development between characters which kind of disappointed me but I have no one to blame but myself for expecting something like that. Anaru still was not able to tell her feelings for Jintan and same goes for Tsuruko not being able to tell her feelings for Yukiatsu.

New Show of Macross on the way. Announced in the rerun of Macross Frontier in Japan.
Apparently, a remake of the original Macross Tv series of 1982.

Anyone that comes and says Robotech would have my eternal hate. Yes, I would allow myself to hate you.

Reasons to watch and expect great things from Aldnoah Zero:

    - Original TV Anime. Meaning, it won't have "read the manga for the continuation" ending.
    - One of the producers includes Nitroplus, the people behind Fate/Zero, Madoka Magica, Psycho Pass and Steins Gate
    - Created by Urobuchi Gen. The man behind Fate/Zero, Madoka Magica, Psycho Pass and Requeim for the Phantom
    - Music by Sawano Hiroyuki, the one who was in charge of Guilty Crown and Shingeki no Kyokin Music. From the PV alone, you'll recognize the OST is very similar to Attack on the Titan OST.
    - Mech designs looking good, Like an improve 2014 version mech design of Full Metal Panic!
    - That animation.

Reasons I might actually watch Aldnoah Zero despite the fact that I don't really like Mechas:

"- Music by Sawano Hiroyuki, the one who was in charge of Guilty Crow and Shingeki no Kyokin Music. From the PV alone, you'll recognize the OST is very similar to Attack on the Titan OST."

I was sad yesterday knowing most of my favorite anime this season ended..

And, call me whatever but.. I was really surprised about Manaka's true feelings. All this time I really thought she loved Tsumugu (and not Hii-kun)..

That's all. Just thought I'd share.
