Another lost item issue..

First of all,this isnt me,a friend of mine did not receive all of her purchased items,and she doesnt have a forum account so im posting this for her

Through the website,it says she's holding the items,but in game,theres only 1 Raiments of Mastery as you can see

Theres the proofs,hoping for item to be recovered ASAP
