Another post about missing credits

Other than messaging Carl, which I've seen several people on all the missing credits posts, what else can I do? Is there anyone else I can message or talk to about this to get this done with quickly. It's just kind of sucky spending $100 and then not getting what you paid for. I have screen shots of my PayPal purchase saying my payment went through and the SuperRewards website that says my purchase is still pending. If anything else, I'd at least like to get an update on when I'd get my credits. It seems some people get them right away, others can wait for a couple of weeks. I'd prefer not to be someone who has to wait for weeks. Thanks to anyone who offers any help.

 

usually they will just tell u to wait at least 24 hours be4 making a post bout it, give it another day and see if it completes

I have an email from SuperRewards saying that they refunded my money. It doesn't say why and the purchase history on their website says the same thing, "pending.... viewed." Is this so I can try and do the purchase again or did my post anger the Gods somehow? I didn't think I was rude or anything. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this mean I'm banned from buying credits for some reason?

Thanks to both of you ^.^ so sweet. But I think it should be ok once it gets all untangled and worked out. Everyone seems to be nice on here... that I've seen so far lol. It's nice that I my money back since I read that some people had problems with that. The thing is, I wanted credits I gotta find out what happened so that I can try again to get some.

Is there a difference between SuperRewards and PaymentWall?

 

i've had trouble with paymentwall and i know how to fix them. you must contact them directly luckily some one from paymentwall saw my post and gave me their info and i've saved it to help other ppl in trouble

Well I tried PaymentWall. And my luck has followed me lol. It's in fraud protection status. Doh. But that's probably because I made 2 purchases within a couple of hours I shall have to wait and see now
