another problem

can anyone help me with thois problem ? my gamez is already functioning well but when i got DC .. that's the other case result ty

 

Great, now you are the 3rd person that I know of with this issue See if you can run it with this. If you can, then it is a launcher problem. If you can't, things will be a bit more problematic. I am assuming you already tried a PC restart.

Just as it says, a software on your computer prevents you from using the launcher. It can be either a ping reducer, an anti-virus, Windows Smartscreen or some other sort of program in use.

Yea then join the other 2 people that are still trying to fix it. Teamviewered one of them and there was nothing that would indicate an issue. One of them managed to turn it temporarily and then it broke again the next day. What he did was go to the properties of GamezAION.exe, untick read only on just that file (if it is ticked) and there are 2 places in the properties where you can set to run with admin rights. Either way, it was just temporary. If the .bat launcher doesn't work, I don't think tinkering with the Gamez launcher is the real problem.
