Gm please help I have putted me 2B kinah to wh wen i login on its was gone !! :sad: (Sorry for bad English)

we need some good proofs. if u dnt have those, just sorry dear.

 

To be sure your Kinah is safe from now on, everyone make sure you take an SS of your inventory with your Kinah.

Actually just keep it in your inventory. The warehouse randomly loses kinah. Known bug, and currently no fix has been made for it. Even a screenshot doesn't exactly indicate proof, since you can make an ss and just move kinah around..

Usually it's a tough break situation when it happens, unfortunately.

 

there's no need of taking ss's of all the inventory xD just clear account warehouse and when you going to use it take a SS of those items(with their description) and the kinah so if you lose them thats enough proof i believe

 

I did not know that there is a bug

 

Topics like this are open every day for thousand times and u guys dont learn anything??

I just have aroud 380M but time to time i take a screen of my inv and WH, just in case... Dont take that long, just hit PRINT SCREEN..... Thats easy!!

 

No proof = no action.
