    My gladi's attack speed is 1.4, if i buy an attack speed title will my attack speed stay 1.4 or will it be faster?

    Using spear, and WoC Lv2, you reach that attack speed, and that is the cap, so you can't lower it anymore.

    u dont need woc 2 to cap..

    candy that has attk speed %, an atk speed % title + woc 1 + scroll atk spd (greater one) = cap...
