    When siel server is down i go in test server and made a new char and when the siel server is up i can't enter anymore. i can log in but can't enter siel server. can AM/Gm or any concern players know how to fix this.?

    heard of something like that happen with Lumiel and Siel. apparently, trying enough times will eventually let you through, but I personally haven't heard of a "fix" for this kind of issue yet. another option is waiting 10 minutes or so and trying again or a few times x.x

    I already got fixed. i just delete the char in test server. then i restart my pc and i can login . tnx for the reply sir Joseph.
