AP lost when killed by opposing race is Doubled

Problem 1: You can clearly see that AP lost for a Rank 9 soldier with 0AP is -480. This is 2x of the usual amount which is 240AP.

From this thread, some1 noticed this problem earlier than me.

Problem 2: Sometimes when I use AP to buy pot/equips, the item/pot won't show up in my inventory. If I log off the items gone.

Is this problem from my side or server side?
