Appearance change

    Hi, when I was playing I've noticed a bug.
    Everytime I change appearance of my character with free appearance coupon and click apply,
    next day it gets back to first appearance of my character.
    Also, when I select option that I want eye accessory to be invisible,
    next day it's visible again.
    Please tell me how to fix this because my free appearance change coupon dissapears tomorrow.​
