Application terminating error

Hello, iam having this problem which the launcher doesnt start and shows me this error (check the screen which i added in this post), plus i have firewall, Antivirus and Windows Defender all off, i got Windows 7 64 bits, also this is the first time launching Black Desert in my pc so i didnt play it in the past

 

Please, download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49982
Don't forget to install Visual C++, it's available on launcher under the Settings option.

 

well @Chiclete i did install microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 as you said but the problem still not fixed, launcher doesnt load with the same error happening, btw i got the latest version of microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 and all the microsoft visuals C++ (2012-2019) will put screenshot down below (sorry, spammed the screenshot by mistake)

 

I assume you restarted your system after installed net framework, right? Also, are you trying to open it in a virtual machine? Because it's not possible.
Although you disabled firewall and such (don't forget anti-malwares like BitDefender), please, add the properly exceptions for GameZ because sometimes it does keep running on the background and won't let the launcher open (BitDefender, even if you disable and add exception, you'll not be capable to launch the game).

Windows 10 is better for sure, but we may try some workarounds. I would suggest you to uninstall framework 4.8, restart your system, install 4.6.1 from the link provided, restart your system again. Than enable updates and install the latest.
