Solved Arbiter & Principal Item's invisible?

Hello guys
i need help how to solve my client issue just now i log in again in game and i've noticed that my Arbiter weapon and Arbiter gear is invisible. my client currently Version=4.7.5.3, and i used the latest item pak.

i tried also the Downgrade guide and follow's those's steps and procedure's unfortunately the problem is the same

currently my client Version=4.7.0.7 but still Arbiter weapon and Principal gear is invisible.

I would suggest a repair, then downgrade again. Maybe there are missing files.
