Arbolous anointed - Power of the Elim Quest & godstones quest

I tried to do it on my Templar and I dont get any quest.

I speak to Trajanus and he just tells me I am blessed. I try to speak to Arbolu and everyone else there but I dont get anything.

I know that you are supposed to
1. Speak to Trajanus and get Quest
2. Speak to Arbolu
3. Buy Eltnen Fortress Scroll from Himusus
4. Speak to Daminu
5. Speak to Lodas
6. Speak to Arbolu
7. Kill Splintered Rotron and Motheaten Agrint
8. Speak to Arbolu


Please dont tell me Gamez removed this so that it would have to be bought from the store?

And can anyone tell me if they also removed the godstone that immobilizes - from the quest where you have to kill other faction?

 

this quest worked some time ago. dont know if they changed something...
