Are Agrakham Scrolls bugged in this server?

    I've been trying to figure out how to get a Agrakham Scroll but can't for the life of me figure it out. The black spirit doesn't give me the daily
    [Special I] Confronting Agrakhan or the prerequisite [Special I] Wicked Atmosphere of the Ruins.

    Is there a quest line you have to do before being able to get the scrolls or is it just bugged in this version of the game?

    Never Mind I figured it out. You have to do some of the Valencia Quests to be able to get it. :cool:
