    Im trying to find Baleyg and that lazy bastard is nowher.

    Then if vendors dont work is the only way to get Aether from is aethertaping ?

    I wouldn't be so dependant on a vendor to get my needs.... and no, you won't get jailed for aether tapping, so long as you are not engaging ground combatants in areas other than the possible flight zones.

    yes, you can go storm circle or alukhina's place if you want to go aethertapping, there are also spots in reshanta that you has burning vortex.
