    How can you have good ping, when the game tells you, that you do not? Maybe some torrent or hard streaming is going on that is affecting the quality of connection to the server.
    Check that out and see what could be causing the issue.

    Location affects your ping most . being far / close from their server.
    Cannot be fixed. tho u can get a better net and hope for a better ping.
