arena at sanctum bug

ahm.. the arena is still bug.. after you hitting and using skills inside the arena.. minutes after you cant skill anymore.. and need to go out to the arena and get inside to use skills again..

and when you kill someone the arena.. the dead person will never be resurrected even using the oeblisk.. the only way to do is to log out..

can you fix it?
