armor degrade problem

@Noyah @Carl hi ,after 24G update, i used red name character tried to do the armor degrading for enchant, but it failed, although the guards of Velia can kill red name, but the armor that put on red name still can't degrade when character is killed, so this problem still not solved, it means karma system doesn't work.pls check on it
