ArmorSmithing work order problems and Expand cube

I had two abandon two work orders from armorsmithing in one of my characters, now when i click to get them again it gives me the following error:

Now about expand cube and warehousse expand, I have 3 chars, on my 3rd I'm unable to expand the 2nd row from Cube 3, in the other two I have the Cube 3 fully expanded on this one I purchase it and it won't give it to me. Yes I have the money for it.

Other question is, in the first char I have made I was able to expand my warehouse fully (this was about 2 months ago) when I did 2nd char the last 3 rows of the warehouse I couldn't expand.

Why is this? is this a bug? Or there's a restriction due to characters?

 

From now on, u have to go to tigraki island to expand the cube to cube 3, and as u said it was before 2 months

About the craft work order, i dont have a sure answer...

 

hm that's also the weird thing because i went to tigraki and tried that too and it wouldn't expand. could it be a possible bug? there's only 2 rows left, and about the warehouse it won't expand.

my character was reseted today again but when i go to the NPC armor master it keeps giving me this error.
