    I found that when I sold my Tier 7 horse, to the Imperial Horse vendor (that's in the stable), Dalishain (https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/59562/) automatically completed a quest, which I then had to go get the reward for from her. Got a Training Mastery, and a +3% Training mount experience.

    Just that it might be possible to get all those life-lightstones, from doing various things in-game?
